Return & Exchange Policy
You can apply for a Return or Exchange within 3 days of your purchase
If your product is damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete at the time of delivery, please raise a return request on our WhatsApp at 0325-9507941, please return it to us within 3 days of your purchase, and we will gladly issue a refund or process an exchange maximum within a week of receiving the returned goods.
Valid reasons to return an item
- Delivered product is damaged (i.e. physically destroyed or broken) / defective (e.g. unable to switch on)
- Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
- Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong size/colour, or expired)
Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund.
Conditions for Returns
– The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. For fashion products, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
– The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
– The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.
– In case of product fault, item will be exchanged (Customer will have to pay delivery charges of both sides).
NOTE:
It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.
If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, we reserve the right to reject any request for a refund.

EXCHANGE
The exchange depends on the availability of stock at that moment.
Items must be unused, in proper packing and in saleable condition for an exchange to be acceptable.
RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
To return the item(s) please follow the procedure below:
- Take a picture of the defective part of the item
- Pack the item back in the original packing
- WhatsApp us at [+92-325-9507941] the picture of the defective part and let us know that you want to return or exchange
- Go to your local courier and send us the package
- Once we received the product, our team will check the condition and then proceed further.
REFUNDS
Once we have received your return package and you have provided us with either your bank account or any other means to receive your money back, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. In the case of bank transfer, please allow another 2 to 4 business days for the amount to be credited to your bank account.
Delivery charges will not be refunded if customer wants a refund.
